USA Ultimate Membership Options

All members are required to complete a liability waiver whether participating as a participant, spectator, coach, etc. and whether the event is a clinic, tournament, meeting or conference. Electronic waivers are now available through your online account.

Membership Information
Membership begins once your information and fees have been received and processed by USA Ultimate. The annual membership period is the calendar year (January 1–December 31). We begin accepting renewals on December 1 for the following membership cycle. We encourage you to sign up at the beginning of that cycle. All memberships will expire on December 31 of the current cycle regardless of when you sign up. USA Ultimate membership is not refundable. Please review the membership information and form carefully.
Lifetime Members
Lifetime members pay a one-time fee to be a member of USA Ultimate for life. Throughout their life they will continue to receive and benefit from all membership privileges. Thank you to our members who pledge their lifetime support. In recognition of their support you may view a list of USA Ultimate lifetime members.
