The 2010 World Juniors Ultimate Championships were hosted by the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) and held in Heilbronn, Germany August 3-7, 2010. 

Team selection for the U.S. was based on a tryout process in which 203 boys and 106 girls that applied for consideration were narrowed down to 80 invited to tryouts in March.  From those 80, the top 22 boys and 21 girls were selected to represent Team USA.
