August 29, 2016:

• Fourteen athletes were named team managers for the seven national teams that will represent the U.S. at the 2017 World Championships of Beach Ultimate.


Apply to be on one of the U.S. Beach National Teams by Sept. 23. The 2017 World Championships of Beach Ultimate are set for June 18-24, in Royan, France.  


• Sectional championship events took place all over the country this weekend as the Triple Crown Tour postseason officially got underway. Hundreds of teams competed across 66 events with eyes on qualifying for their regional championships. Check out all the winners here:


• The final set of club division rankings for the 2016 season were released last week. Boston Ironside (M) and Philadelphia AMP (X) held onto their spots, while Seattle Riot took over the top spot in the women's division to end the season as number one.

Bid allocations to the 2016 National Championships were also released last week.
