2013 USA Ultimate Merchandise Partners Named

Boulder, Colo. (February 25, 2013) – USA Ultimate, the national governing body for the sport of Ultimate, announced today the official merchandise partners for six of the upcoming season’s championship events.

Since 2006, Five Ultimate has grown from a small, family-run business in Seattle to one of Ultimate’s most well-known gear providers. They have outfitted many of the world’s best teams, including 2012 National Champions Doublewide (Open) and Blackbird (Mixed). Five was a 2012 official merchandise partner for USA Ultimate’s Central and Western High School Championships, Youth Club Championships and National Championships.

Established in Montreal in 1998, VC Ultimate is one of the sport’s oldest providers of Ultimate-specific apparel, customizing gear for numerous elite-level teams including perennial Nationals contenders, Toronto-Ottawa, Canada’s Capitals (Women’s). VC was one of USA Ultimate’s 2012 official merchandise partners, providing gear at the Division I and Division III College Championships and Grand Masters & Master’s Women’s Championships.

Savage Ultimate was founded in Charleston, S.C. in 2009 and has quickly risen through the ranks of the Ultimate apparel industry, sponsoring countless college teams as well as several club teams across the Southeast.

Five Ultimate, VC Ultimate and Savage Ultimate will provide official event merchandise for the 2013 championships, so participants, families and fans will have the opportunity to commemorate their experiences with high-quality event apparel and souvenirs from some of Ultimate’s top merchandisers.
