Media Accreditation Policies & Prodecures

USA Ultimate is happy to provide media credentials for working journalists assigned to cover a USA Ultimate Championship event. As the national governing body for the sport of Ultimate in the United States, USA Ultimate has established policies and guidelines to provide journalists with a clear understanding of how credentials are processed and what is expected when covering an event.
We appreciate all media coverage of our championship events from all different types of media outlets – print, digital, photo, video and radio – and will accommodate all reasonable requests to all outlets who meet the credential guidelines.
All accredited members of the media agree to read and adhere to USA Ultimate’s 2020 Media Guidelines.
Accredited photographers and videographers must also complete USA Ultimate’s Recording Partnership Agreement.
All necessary documentation must be returned to USA Ultimate prior to issuing any physical credentials. Credentials will be distributed at team and volunteer registration on site at USA Ultimate Championship events.
Please contact the USA Ultimate Marketing & Communications department with any questions.
