USA Ultimate is proud to once again expand its youth camp offerings during the summer of 2013. Each camp will be co-educational, limited in size, and each camper will recieve a Camp T-shirt and disc.

How to Register
- Fully complete the Registration form below & click the submit button
- Pay the registration fee
- Mail completed waiver and Medical Authorization forms to USA Ultimate
- Campers will receive payment confirmation within 3 business days of receipt of payment & acceptance into the camp.
- Detailed Camper Information Packets will be provided via email & this website 4-6 weeks prior to the camps.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations more than two weeks prior to the start of camp will incur a $15 administrative fee.
There will be no refunds for cancelations after the monday two weeks prior to the start of camp.

Camp Confirmations
