Boulder, Colo. (June 25, 2013) – USA Ultimate, the national governing body for the sport of ultimate in the United States, is excited to announce ESPN’s coverage of this year’s U.S. Open Championships.

Kicking off the inaugural Triple Crown Tour, the 2013 U.S. Open will take place July 4-7 in Raleigh, N.C., where 24 teams from around the world will compete for championships in three divisions – men’s, women’s and mixed.

The U.S. Open will feature some of the best match ups the ultimate world has to offer. All 12 teams from the Triple Crown Tour’s Pro Flight, along with several Elite and Select Flight teams, will compete against a field that also includes international teams from North and South America, Europe and Asia.
