Gift Certificate Options
I Online
This is the quickest way to purchase a membership as a gift. To receive the fastest service, follow these 3 simple steps:
- Email USAU at gift-certificate@usaultimate.org with the following information:
- Email Subject: USA Ultimate Membership Gift Certificate
- Purchased by:
- Email where we send the invoice:
- Membership level (I.e, Youth, College, Adult, etc.):
- Term (1, 3, 5 yr, etc.):
- Recipient First and Last Name:
- Recipient Email:
- Personal Message:
- Preference:
- notify the recipient yourself using the Gift Receipt we'll send you or
- have us notify the recipient via email upon receipt of payment
- You will receive an invoice via email which will include a link where you can make the payment online with a credit card.
- Once the invoice is paid, you will receive an electronic verification of your gift which you can print or forward to the recipient. The recipients account will be updated as soon as the payment is received. However, we will NOT contact the recipient directly regarding your gift unless requested.

USAU Membership Information
USA Ultimate membership is based on the calendar year (January 1–December 31). We begin accepting renewals on December 1 for the following membership cycle. We encourage you to sign up at the beginning of that cycle. All memberships will expire on December 31 of the current cycle regardless of when you sign up. USA Ultimate membership is not refundable. Please review the membership information and form carefully.
